Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Madoc intends to pass By-law 1264-2010 to Stop Up and Close; Declare Surplus to Need and; Intent to Sell the above described municipal property and, further;
This notice is given in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, C. 25, s.34(1), as amended; and Township of Madoc Procedural By-law 1199-2007.
